10 Pk.Egg Roll Wrappers 1 Tsp.Basil, dried
2 Lg.Egg Whites 1/2 Tsp.Red Pepper, ground
1 CupParmesan Cheese EQ TipCooking Spray
1 Tsp.Oregano, dryed To tasteSalt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 425*. Place egg-roll wrappers in a single layer on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Lightly brush with egg whites; cut ea. wrapper into 8 wedges. Combine cheese and remaining ingredients; sprinkle evenly over wedges.
Bake at 425* for 5 min. - or until lightly browned. Store in air tight container. Serve with your favorite dip.
