Broccoli Egg Bake
1 lb.Broccoli 1/4 Tsp. ea.Dry Mustard, Worcest
6 Med.Eggs, hard boiled 2½ CupsMilk
1/4 CupFlour 1 CupCheddar cheese, grat
3/4 CupButter, sotened 1½ CupsBread Crumbs
Cut broccoli, cook until tender (or frozen broccoli per directions). Halve hard cooked eggs, remove egg yolks. Set whites aside. Mash yolks. Stir in chopped ham, 2 Tbsp softened butter, onion, Worcestershire & dry mustard. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
Arrange cooked broccoli in 12¨ x 7¨ baking dish. Top with filled eggs. In saucepan melt 1/4 C butter. Blend in flour & salt, then milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick & bubbly. Add shredded cheese - stir until melted.
Pour sauce mixture over broccoli & eggs. Toss bread crumbs with 1/4 C melted butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350*F for 25 min. As an option, add finely chopped ham & onions.
