Mashed Potatoes with Parmesan
1½ lb.Potatoes (6-8) quart 3 Tbsp.Parmesan, grated
3 Tbsp.Butter
3 ClovesGarlic, crushed To tasteSalt
1/3 CupMilk
Cook quartered potatoes in boiling salted water until tender but not mushy. Add to lg bowl & mash with mixer - remove any lumps. Add butter, milk, garlic & parmesan - continue mixing to a thick & smooth consistency.
Serve hot with meatloaf, turkey or your favorite chicken dish.
(Try with Carmelized Onions)
