Stir-Fried Sesame Asparagus
2 lb.Aparagus, 2¨ diag 1 Tsp.Sugar
2 Tbsp.Soy Sauce 2 ClovesGarlic, chopped
2 Tbsp.Sesame Oil
4 Tsp.Sesame Seeds To tasteSalt & Pepper
Stir soy sauce & sugar in sm bowl until sugar dissolves. Heat oil in heavy skillet. Add garlic & stir until tender (about 1 min). Add asparagus & stir-fry until tender & crisp (about 4 min).
Add soy mixture & toss to coat evenly (1 min longer). Season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds & serve.
