Peel potatoes - slice thin for 6 cups. Place half of pottoes in a greased 2 Qt casserole. Add half onion. Stir half flour over potatoes in casserole; sprinkle with half the salt & pepper.
Repeat layers. Pour milk over casserole. Cover & bake in 350*F oven for 1 1/4 hrs. Uncover & continue baking 15-30 min. longer or until potatoes are done.
